AVG’s unique Active Surf-Shield and Search-Shield protect you in real time against malicious web pages, zero day exploits and drive-by downloads. Other programs rely on static databases and cannot protect you at the only time that matters – the time you click on a link. When you search using Google, Yahoo, or MSN, if the results include websites that contains malicious code, AVG simply blocks the page so you can’t accidentally infect your system. AVG E-mail Server Edition is licensed according to the number of mailboxes or e-mail accounts on the server, it requires 1 license per mailbox or e-mail account and is available in packs of 5–200 licenses.
